When it comes to finding the right White Entertainment center, we’re not talking about just any old white place.
This one is called White Entertainment Centre, a brand new mixed-use development in downtown Detroit, and it’s one of those things you just have to check out.
It’s the newest project from the folks behind The DTE Energy Group, a company that has been doing everything from turning vacant storefronts into multi-story residential apartments to creating new businesses, restaurants and retail spaces.
You can find a video about the development right here.
And if you’re looking for something that’s not quite so “urban,” you can always find more things to do in Detroit.
The city is full of places to get out and enjoy, from art galleries and historic sites to museums and art galleries, and of course, some of the best things to see in the city are the historic districts and museums, too.
You might be thinking, “Hey, these neighborhoods are really cute, right?
But there’s a lot of traffic, so it’s not that great.”
That’s not true, says Richard R. Cappello, senior vice president and general manager of DTE’s Detroit-area office.
The city’s downtown area has a population of about 16.7 million people, which is not big enough to keep up with all of the new developments in the area, but it is growing, Cappellos says.
So, the area needs more development and people need more transportation options, and the downtown area is one of the better places to go.
“The city of Detroit has been building mixed-income housing over the last couple of years, and while many of those developments are still relatively new, Capps says that there’s been an uptick in interest in more residential developments, and White Entertainment Centres are one of a number of developments in that area.
You can read more about it right here, and if you haven’t seen the video, you can also check out a short clip from the DTE website about how the development is set up.
The project is located at the corner of Woodward and Detroit Avenues.
It’s a large, four-story, 1,300-unit mixed-used development, with parking for about 100 vehicles per lot, according to the development’s website.
There’s a three-story garage, and an outdoor plaza and a pedestrian walkway on the ground floor.
The developer says the project will help make the downtown more livable for residents, with a “more vibrant mix of retailers, restaurants, offices, shops and entertainment venues.”
