If you want to get your own movie into theaters this holiday season, you might have to spend up to $1 million.
But what if you can get the whole Star Wars universe to play for free?
We know how important it is for Star Wars fans to get their hands on this year’s film, so we’re launching a Star Wars Film Festival to make it happen, starting in 2019.
The festival will be led by the world’s largest and most popular film festival, the Los Angeles Film Festival, which has hosted more than 200,000 events since opening in 1993.
We’re excited to have the LAF to host it and look forward to bringing the best in film, TV, and music to our fans this year.
“In addition to the world premiere of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, we will also feature a number of premieres, including a live performance of the classic 1960s sci-fi movie The Last Jedi, an animated short featuring The Simpsons, and a new interactive story in the Star Wars Universe.
