Seahawks and Steelers will host Super Bowl XLVII at the Meadowlands

The Seattle Seahawks and Pittsburgh Steelers will meet in Super Bowl XXVII.

The game, which will be played in front of an estimated 17 million fans, will be broadcast live on CBS from the Meadowfields Stadium in Pittsburgh.

The Seahawks will face the Steelers on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2018.

The last time the Seahawks played in Pittsburgh was in 2002 when they defeated the Steelers 27-24 in the AFC title game.

It will be the first Super Bowl game to be played at the Stadium in more than three decades.
